I began my career as a social worker and have over a decade of experience in the mental health and postpartum fields. I believe in working from a person centered approach, where I work alongside my clients by empowering them to be the best version of themselves within their own capacity. I am an empathetic listener and create a safe and validating space for my clients. I am passionate about working with adults and couples focusing on a variety of areas including anxiety, depression, self esteem, stress/burnout, relationships and cultural/intergenerational difficulties. As a mom myself I have a keen interest in working with women specifically in the areas of fertility, parenting, and overall maternal mental health. I also focus on cultural competence being an important part of the therapy process and can provide services in both English and Punjabi.

I work from an attachment based lens and use a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and the Gottman’s Method for Couples.

It takes a lot of courage to reach out for support and I believe in working with you to create a therapeutic plan that fits your needs. I hope to hear from you soon so that I may support you with your next steps towards achieving your goals.

Hi, I’m Leaine, a provisional psychologist who loves supporting women through the seasons of life that can leave them feeling like they’ve lost themselves.

Maybe you’ve spent years caring for everyone else, putting your own needs at the bottom of the list. Perhaps you’re navigating the emotional ups and downs of perimenopause, feeling overwhelmed by the mental load of motherhood, or wondering why life suddenly feels harder than it used to. You might be carrying anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, or simply feeling disconnected from the person you once were.

If you’ve been telling yourself to “just keep going” while quietly feeling exhausted, you’re not alone.

I believe therapy should be a place where you can finally exhale. Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what’s been weighing on you, and help you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels compassionate, authentic, and sustainable.

My approach is attachment-based, emotionally focused, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through safe, supportive relationships. Whether you’re working through anxiety, life transitions, body image concerns, grief, or longstanding emotional wounds, I’ll meet you with curiosity, warmth, and respect.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come to therapy. You are welcome exactly as you are, and together we’ll create a space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward.

Hi, I’m Emily, a mom, and provisional psychologist who is passionate about supporting new mothers as they re-claim their sense of self and identity.

Before becoming a mother, I never imagined that “mom” would become such a central part of my identity. Yet, motherhood profoundly reshaped how I see myself and the way I show up in the world. Through the whirlwind of becoming a parent, I learned that it is possible, and important, to care for myself while also caring deeply for my child and family, and I feel honoured to be able to now walk alongside other women, supporting them as they find their own sense of self.

Although it may feel impossible right now, you to can find your sense of self in motherhood. You can learn to find peace in the chaos, while coming to understand that your own needs matter as well. Together, we can find beauty in this often overwhelming journey.

Whether you’re a new parent, a step-parent, navigating midlife changes, or facing a different transition altogether, I would be honoured to work alongside you. Together, we can explore how to navigate life’s challenges and help you show up in ways that feel aligned, authentic, and sustainable.

Hi, I’m Payton, a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) who supports mothers, parents, and individuals who are longing to feel more connected—to themselves, their relationships, and the life they’re creating.

Motherhood has a way of bringing our own stories to the surface. The ways we learned to cope, the beliefs we carry about ourselves, and the patterns we inherited often become more noticeable when we’re trying to raise children differently. If you’ve ever found yourself reacting in ways you don’t understand, feeling overwhelmed by the mental load, or wondering why parenting feels so much harder than you expected, you’re not alone.

Together, we’ll gently explore both the roots and the branches—the experiences and beliefs that have shaped you, alongside the day-to-day challenges you’re facing right now. By understanding your nervous system, healing old wounds, and building greater self-awareness, therapy can help you respond with more intention, experience greater compassion for yourself, and create the kind of relationships you want with your children, your partner, and yourself.

My approach is holistic and deeply personalized, blending Parts Work, Transactional Analysis, Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness, and spiritually integrated practices. For clients who feel drawn to it, I may also incorporate tarot, oracle cards, ritual, crystals, incense, or imagery as gentle tools for reflection, meaning-making, nervous system regulation, and self-connection. These practices are always optional and guided by your comfort and beliefs.

I believe healing happens when every part of you is welcomed with curiosity rather than judgment. Whether you’re navigating the identity shift into motherhood, healing from past experiences, breaking generational cycles, or simply longing to feel more grounded and like yourself again, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.

I am a psychologist, a mom of two, and I love helping women find their confidence and thrive in motherhood.

Through my own parenting journey, I have come to deeply understand the struggles that mothers face and the depth to which our own upbringings can influence our ability to show up wholeheartedly in parenting. Through culturally sensitive and trauma aware approaches such as emotionally focused therapy, internal family systems, EMDR, and feminist informed counselling, I help women just like you to recover from burnout, find their sense of calm, and begin to build the family and future that had felt beyond their grasp.

I can wait to meet you and to begin your journey to wellness together.
