NOTICE OF FEE INCREASE: Gray Jay Counselling will be increasing our rates to reflect the current recommended rate provided by the Psychologists Association of Alberta of $235 per therapy hour. You will notice that the price changes have now been posted on my website and booking system, however we will continue to honour existing client’s current rate until October 15th. When you are booking your appointments, the appointment will reflect the current rate, but I will provide current clients with a discount. Please contact me immediately if you notice you have accidentally been charged the new rate prior to October 15th.

If this fee increase is not in your budget, please reach out so that we might explore options available to prioritize your care including potential sliding scale spaces or alternate services. My first priority is always my client’s well-being and I am happy to work alongside you to ensure your care.

For clients on a current sliding scale reduced rate, we will discuss your unique price increases individually.

Please reach out if you have any questions or need clarification!

I am a psychologist, a mom of two, and I love helping women find their confidence and thrive in motherhood.

Through my own parenting journey, I have come to deeply understand the struggles that mothers face and the depth to which our own upbringings can influence our ability to show up wholeheartedly in parenting. Through culturally sensitive and trauma aware approaches such as emotionally focused therapy, internal family systems, EMDR, and feminist informed counselling, I help women just like you to recover from burnout, find their sense of calm, and begin to build the family and future that had felt beyond their grasp.

I can wait to meet you and to begin your journey to wellness together.
